Citynest provides premium short-stay apartments in Brentford, West London. This website is a shop window: it shows our homes and hands you over to our secure booking site when you're ready to book. If you have any question about your data, email us at stay@citynesthome.com and a human will reply.

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type — your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, your dates, group size and message. It arrives with us as an email, we use it only to answer your enquiry, and we don’t add you to any marketing list.

That’s it. This site has no user accounts and never asks for payment details.

We use one optional analytics tool, Google Analytics, to see which pages help guests book. It only loads if you choose “That’s fine” on the cookie banner — if you decline, it never runs and no analytics cookie is set. Your choice itself is remembered in your browser so we don’t keep asking.

We don’t run advertising cookies and we don’t sell or share your data with anyone for marketing.

Bookings happen on our booking site, which runs on Uplisting, our property management platform. Payment, ID verification and the security deposit are all handled there, and the details you provide during booking are covered by the policies shown at the point of booking.

Contact-form enquiries live in our email inbox and are kept only as long as they’re useful for helping you. Analytics data is aggregated and doesn’t identify you personally.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email stay@citynesthome.com and we’ll sort it out.
